Frequently asked questions

For both communal and private sessions, you may cancel for a full refund by providing at least 1 weeks' notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time are non-refundable.

If you need to change your booking, the easiest option is to cancel and rebook, provided you're outside the 1-week cancellation window.Alternatively, you can email wildlakesauna@gmail.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.If your session is due to start within 48 hours, we're unfortunately unable to make changes to your booking. However, you're welcome to transfer your booking to someone else.

We have festival / event on the following dates.
